Who we are
Folkestone Pressure Washing, based in Folkestone, Kent. The site is folkestonepressurewashing.co.uk. Contact: hello@folkestonepressurewashing.co.uk.
What we collect
- Name, address, postcode, town, phone number, email, whether you use WhatsApp, and the job description you submit through the contact form.
- Photos you send to us on WhatsApp or by email so we can give an accurate quote.
- Basic server access logs (IP and user agent) kept by our host for security.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote the work, carry out and invoice the job. Legal basis: legitimate interest for replies and performance of a contract once a job is agreed.
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept for six years, in line with standard HMRC record-keeping expectations. Unanswered form enquiries are deleted within twelve months.
Who else sees it
Nobody routinely. The form submits through our host (Krystal), sends email via Resend and lands in our business inbox. We do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to see a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email the address above and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
